Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Sales Coach who will be coaching our Sales team.
What you will do:
- Conduct trainings on sales skills
- Monitor and analyze indicators to improve team performance
- Monitor the team’s pipeline.
- Conduct monthly 1-2-1 sessions with managers.
- Track learning progress, provide feedback.
- Listen to sales’ calls and provide feedback;
To join us you need to:
- Have proven experience in sales training
- Have proven experience in B2B cold sales
- Have strong understanding of effective communication techniques.
- Be a fluent Russian and English speaker
