Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Head of Partner Sales who will join our team for achieving growth and strengthening connections with current and potential partners.
What you will do
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with our strategic goals.
- Develop relationships at a senior level with both existing and potential partner organisations (investment funds, launchpads, crypto exchanges etc.)
- Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships.
- Participate in TOP Fintech/Blockchain conferences all over the world
- Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects
- Train the sales team to work effectively with agents
To join us you need to
- Have 2-3 years experience as Head of Partners Sales, Head of Partnerships in crypto/web3
- Fluent English speaker, as 90% of our clients are English - speaking
- Have personal connections in the industry
- Strong leadership and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, including the ability to engage at CEO level.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective networking and negotiation.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
- Ability to contribute to the company's success and innovation
